Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We try to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We try our best to ship your order as soon as possible. But, sometimes because of many orders, it may take 10 to 12 days to arrive.
Where can I view my order receipt?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with a receipt of your order. You can also see your order receipt in your account.
What is your refund and return policy?
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, stained, defective or incomplete.
- The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the size ordered.
- Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our given address for a return and full refund to be made. Unfortunately, online purchases cannot currently be returned in-store.
